No reason to complain, the venue met standards, totally recommend it. Everything in this spectacular hotel was perfect, we loved it. The location was good and unbeatable, met EXTREMELY GRACIOUS staff on a special request. There were a night market and a market around the property.

It is near sky train... there is a shopping in the building where you can eat or go to supermarket (the room have kitchen)... Staff are very good!

日本語の新聞は有料と言われた、去年は無料だった気がするが。。。部屋の掃除（カーペットの染みなど）値段の割には今一、汚かった。

Comfotable bed.

I felt that having to pay 200 baht for 30min internet access on top of my room rate was exorbitant. I was offended and thought the charge was "cheap". Most hotels I stay in now offer free internet access.

they let me check in before the time as I arrived BKK in morning from singapore. also they let me stay til 2 pm as late check out.
